The Resurrection Effect
As humanity has spread out amongst the stars the species has become more diverse than at any other time in history. Still, there are some things that are universal; shared ideals, trials and advancements that hold mankind together as a single race.
|Eugenics Imperative||The core principle of humanity|
|Factions||Communities born of ideals, not place of birth|
|Technology||Human innovations of the 24th century|
|History||A timeline of events leading up to the present year, 2379|
Though humanity has only explored a sliver of its own galaxy, let alone the universe at large, it has already discovered at least one intelligent space faring alien species.
|Phaedriades||The Phaedriades is a species believed to be extinct that humanity was able to successfully clone just shy of 150 years ago. They are a biped species, thick of limb and body and standing between 2 and 2.5 meters. They have difficulty speaking any of the human languages, but some are still capable. They prefer environs significantly colder than humans and gravity around 1.4g. Oxygen also affects them similar to how carbon dioxide affects humans. As a result the two species are not well integrated outside of expensive institutions.|
